I follow the blog of an indie dyer, Ruth Stewart of Impulse of Delight. Every once in awhile she does a colorway that I just can not resist. That happened recently.
This is Summit Sock in her new Alpenglowing colorway. It's based on a photo she took.
I think the dull lack of color in winter has had something to do with falling in love with this. It feeds my spring-longing eyes.
While I was taking the above photos, I noticed something.
Yeah. Clearly I'm in the mood for a specific color lately.

OMG...amazing yarn!!! Must go check out this site. I love the white and turquoise beads (buttons?) with it.
